MACKEREL KEBAB

Mackerels are cleaned, washed, cut into three or four pieces depending on their sizes and kept for about an hour to absorb the salt and pepper that will be sprinkled on them. The pieces will be put on skewers with a leaf of laurel between each and put on a low fire. After a while, the fire will be increased. They will be removed from skewers and served while hot with a dash of lemon juice on them.
