SEMOLİNA DESSERT (İrmik Tatlısı)

300 grammes of cooking fat is heated in a saucepan and 600 grammes of semolina is slowly added to it while stirring at the same time. Peeled almonds are added to the mixture. When the almonds are roasted, half a litre of boiling water and half a litre of boiling milk is added and mixed thoroughly. It is left to mature for about fifteen minutes and powdered sugar and rose attar is sprinkled on it before serving.
