Dried Prunes Compote (Kuru Erik Hoşafı)

Preparation

Soak dried prunes for a few hours. Simmer in same liquid for 30 minutes or until medium tender. Add sugar; stir. Simmer for 5 minutes. Cool. Serve chilled in individual bowls or cups.
