A VARIETY OF GREENS AS A SALAD (Salata Olarak Yenen Yeşillik Çeşitleri)

Nettles
Wild radish leaves
Wild asparagus
Mustard greens
Dandilion
Yellow-croron daisy stems
Chicory

All the above greens are boiled by adding them to boiling water, usually cut into medium (not small) length. They are almost always served with copped onions and chopped garlic (sometimes together), pepper and vinegar and oil dressing.
