Fried Carrots with Yoghurt Sauce

FRIED CARROTS WITH YOGHURT SAUCE (Yoğurt Soslu Havuç Kızartması)

4 large and fat carrots
3/4 cup salad oil
1 cup yoghurt
1 tsp. salt
3 cloves garlic

Peel and cut the carrots lengthwise and boil them in salted water. (The rest is the same as the above.)
