Fried Zucchini with Yoghurt Sauce

FRIED ZUCCHINI WITH YOGHURT SAUCE (Yoğurtlu Kabak Kızartması)

4 medium zucchini squash
3/4 cup salad oil
1 cup yoghurt
1 tsp. salt
3 cloves garlic

Peel and cut the zucchini lengthwise. Heat the oil and fry both sides until golden. Place in a serving dish. Mash the garlic and add to the yoghurt with salt and spread on the zucchini. Serve warm or at room temperature.
