Historian (b. 1700, Resmo - d. 1783, İstanbul). He studied in İstanbul. He worked in various high offices of the state. He worked as the Finance Secretary, the Anatolian Accountant (1762), ambassador, and Chief Assistant to the Grand Vizier (1771).
