AKIN, Hüseyin

Poet (b. 8 February, 1965, Türkeli / Sinop). He attended the Şişli İmam Hatip High School (1983) and graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Theology (1989). He worked as a teacher in Gebze Sarkuysan High School and İstanbul Nişantaşı High School for Girls. His articles and poems were published in newspapers and reviews such as Millî Gazete, Akit, Sağduyu, Özülke, which he founded, in Endülüs, İkindi Yazıları, Kırkayak (later continued under the name of Kırklar) which he published with İ. Tenekeci, in Ünlem, Kitap, and Düşçınarı.
