Spicy Bulgur Pilaf

PILAV

SPICY BULGUR PILAV (Baharatlı Bulgur Pilavı)

1 cup bulgur
1 1/2 cups boiling water
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon corn oil
1 onion finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, mashed
1/2 cup finely chopped celery leaves
1/3 cup finely grated carrots
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon dried spearmint leaves
1 teaspoon thyme
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
Same cooking process as Carrot Pilau.
